This home is exclusively available for women. The 2 ladies who currently live here are members of the 7th Day Adventist faith. Applicants for this opportunity should have awareness of this faith as it is practised and supported in this home. Applicants are not expected to follow the faith, rather acknowledge and respect their housemate’s faith practices as they will respect yours.

Nestled in the crook of the street in Nollamara, the home is not deemed accessible, but naturally contains the essential suburban home features and being close to major and local shopping hubs is sure to attract a lot of interest.



Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in Kenwick, there are two vacancies available in this 5 bedroom home which will also be home to three young men who have already chosen this house as their future home. The current identified residents are very social and aged between their late twenties and forty years of age.

This vacancy would suit individuals who are either male or female – who work, and/or attend day placement activities, enjoy music and lively social life. As well as undergoing an upgrade to the kitchen, this home is also wheelchair accessible.



This 5-bedroom residence located in a quiet leafy street in Innaloo. It is home to a group of men in their mid-thirties to mid-forties who all require a moderate level of support. Their home is staffed 24 hours a day including overnight support and is close to the local park, bowling club, public transport, and shopping facilities.

Designed to accommodate participants’ individual needs, the vacancy would suit men who would benefit from supports focussed on building capacity to care for their home, as well as engaging and interacting with others. This home has a fun, high energy vibe with guys who enjoy regular social interaction and outdoor activities in their local community.
